Camp Creative

Camp Creative is a fun and engaging day-camp for children ages 3-7 that takes place one Saturday per month from 1:30 – 3:00pm at Chara.  Each camp is themed with a character lesson woven into the days activities which include dancing, crafts, games, and fun with friends!  You can sign up for 1 or all 10 camps hosted at the studio throughout the season.

Backbend, handstand, and forward roll as we tumble and explore acro. We will discuss all the emotions found in the movie – “Inside Out” as we use our bodies to creatively demonstrate each emotion. You will be filled with Joy and Excitement at this high energy camp!

Put on your tiara and fancy gown! You are cordially invited to join us as we learn how to be a True Princess. This camp is filled with dance, activities, and music from all your favorite princesses – Sofia the First, Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, Tiana, and Rapunzel!

Bring your favorite furry friend and dress in your comfiest PJ’s as we spend our time playing games, making a craft, and dancing! We will make matching friendship bracelets to share with our stuffed animal and learn a dance to perform at the end of camp for our parents.

Explore the magical “Land of the Sweets” from the Nutcracker story. We will learn to dance like the Sugar Plum Fairy, play games, and craft our own candy cane ornament. You will have the sweetest time!

Journey to the well known land of Arendelle as we reminisce of the adventures from Frozen and Frozen 2. This camp will take you into the unknown and teach you what it means to do the next right thing!

Join in the fun as we take on the roles of Bluey, Bingo, and friends by using both our imagination and curiosity to explore the world around us. We will create our own adventures, put on our dancing shoes to show off our best moves, learn how to be a good friend, and play keepy uppy of course!

Put on your overalls and become a farmer for the day! We will have a potato sack race, practice milking a pretend cow, and try to be the fastest to gather eggs from the chicken coupe. This camp will be all about caring for farm animals.

Journey with us to the magical land of fairies, princesses, and unicorns! We will create a colorful craft, dance with rainbow ribbons, and play fairytale themed games as we imagine and use our creativity.

Grab your hula skirt and lei as we reimagine the daring journey of Moana and Maui. We will sail the high seas, explore new lands, and create long lasting friendships while learning what it means to find our true identity in Jesus.

Camp Adventure

Camp Adventure is an extension of Camp Creative but designed for children ages 5-10. Camps are one Saturday per month from 1:30 – 3:00pm at Chara.  Each camp is themed with a character lesson woven into the days activities which include dancing, crafts, games, and fun with friends!  You can sign up for 1 or all 10 camps hosted at the studio throughout the season.

“Shake it Off” and feel “Enchanted” as we explore a variety of dance moves and sing. We will learn about the best “Love Story” of Jesus sacrificing His life for us, make friendship bracelets, and learn Hip Hop/Jazz dance at this Taylor Swift themed camp.

Immerse yourself in the sweetness of dance as we explore the magical world of Wonka. We will use our imagination as we create a colorful candy craft and play games. We will discuss how it takes determination as Willy had to turn our dreams into a reality. This camp is full of joy, laughter, and dancing wonders!

Comfy clothes, fuzzy socks and pillow fights galore! This camp will be overflowing with energy as we decorate our own sleep masks, learn crazy hair styles, play games and have a pillow fight of course.

Hot Cocoa, Gingerbread Houses, and Candy Canes galore! Dress in your Christmas attire as we play games and test your knowledge of favorite Christmas movies like The Grinch, The Polar Express, and Elf. We will dance to Christmas music, make an ornament and reenact the Nativity.

Design your own jewelry as we craft necklaces and bracelets with friends and dance to your favorite upbeat jams at this fun filled camp!

Pack your suitcase and travel the world. We will design our own passports, play games that are popular for each destination, and learn dance styles from different countries.

Stamp your feet and slide to the right as we learn a variety of line dances. Wear your favorite western attire to dress the part and get in the groove. We will discuss what it means to trust God when we “step” out of our comfort zone.

3…2…1…BLAST OFF!!! Journey into outer space as we explore the atmosphere & beyond! We will learn about the difficulties of being an astronaut, discover God’s detailed design of our solar system, and create our own space themed craft.

Time to shine bright at our Glow in the dark party! Wear your brightest colors as we dance, play glow games in the dark, paint glow rocks and meet new friends.
